Hello,

Please update the AnkiHub add-on:

  1. On your Anki main screen, go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates.
  2. After the update is complete, please restart Anki.

It is likely just a temporary server issue. Everything should be back to normal soon.

If you continue to experience this issue, please provide us with more details. You said it happened right after you unsuspended some cards? Was any sync process ongoing when this happened?
