I cannot access Ankihub in my Anki app

Hi, i am super unsure whether this belongs on this and if not, i am terribly sorry. I tried to login to my Ankihub in my app. I can access the website just fine (so my passwort and username are intact), though this completely changes when I try to log in from my anki app on my laptop. I would highly appreciate any help of any form, since I am not very well versed with technology in general :).

Hello,

Please update both Anki and the AnkiHub add-on.

  1. Update Anki:
    Please ensure you are on the latest version of Anki. You can download it here: https://apps.ankiweb.net/.
    After downloading, simply run the downloaded file to update your application.

  2. Update the AnkiHub add-on:

    1. On your Anki main screen, go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates.
    2. After the update is complete, please restart Anki.

Then follow these steps to make sure your setup is correct:

  1. Make sure you have an active membership: Sign In
  2. Install the Ankihub addon: Install Ankihub Addon (New User)
  3. Subscribe to and install a deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)
  4. Start using the deck: How to Get Started Studying
