New Card, Previously Matured

Before the error happened, I was…
Had no new cards. Synced Anki/AnKing and had one new card that I had previously matured but it reset? My Lecture notes were unaffected, but it restarted card to New. Anyone else has this?

When you synced, did it say upload to ankiweb or download from ankiweb?

I didn’t get a notification about either. The card appeared after I synced my cards halfway through reviews.

What’s the note ID? Can you go to AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs and data and share the filename shown?

This file only includes logs. I also want to take a look at the actual card. Please try the “Upload logs and data” option.
