Second Blue Ophthalmology Deck

Above is a picture of my decks. When I subscribed to Blue Ophthalmology, it initially was just the one titled the same name. The next time I went to opened anki, the second Blue Ophtho deck appeared with the (Ankihub) title next to it.

It holds no cards attached to it and whenever I delete it, and then reopen Anki, it adds back the Blue Ophtho (Ankihub) deck.

I tried unsubscribing, deleting both decks, and re-subscribing but nothing worked. Any fixes?

Please follow this tutorial, and you should be all set: Why do I have two AnKing decks?

Although the tutorial is for the AnKing Step Deck, you can follow the exact same steps for the Blue Ophthalmology deck.
