Unable to sync to AnkiHub/see note in AnkiHub

Bad gateway appears in a new window when I try to see the note in AnkiHub (since none of my images are still not appearing… which no one has been able to help with still unfortunately)

Unable to sync the notes to AnkiHub either, an error appears!
