Fair point @sabicool however arguably being able to recite the red flag symptoms without any word-association and sentence structure clues is important for paediatrics. Otherwise I feel we end up very much learning the card rather than being able to look for red flag symptoms on every presentation. I do think a mnemonic though may assist, as it is very hard to rote learn.

@Stapedius Interestingly, I think it might be possible to make a card with randomisation features to act as an aid for this card. The card would give a clinical vignette and the user would try and categorise the risk of the patient into green, amber or red. Perhaps once we are able to implement those cards, these cards will be less of an issue.

Great idea and practically applicable way of assessing things. I wonder whether we should start flagging certain cards (ie. tags added) for this feature to implement down the track to keep track of this?

That would be a good idea. Consider a subtag of the malleus todo tag like TODO::Randomise
