@anking-maintainers the math makes sense according to AMBOSS, but we already have cards stating that the discriminatory level for detection by TVUS differs between UW and AMBOSS. So the change just depends on which source we follow… I would vote to leave as is or if anything just change to 2-4 days and keep it broad

Based on UW 4759 and submission rationale I think we should use the cloze from this card for the answer. 4759 makes it seem like doing serial β-hCG is more important than repeat TVUS in 2-4 days
Agree, the main idea is to do serial hCG and watch the trend.
I get why the card says 4 days since UWorld uses a discriminatory zone of 3500, so it’d take about 4 days to get there but AMBOSS uses 1500–2000, so you’d probably reach it in 2–3 days instead

Agree that the debate probably stems from the hCG of 800, think that we should update to 2-4 and call it a day.
