@Brian_BH The note defines lipases as catalyzing the hydrolysis of fats, rather than proteins. The QID would be a more fitting tag for a note about peptidases or proteases
Ah, fair. I think I scanned reading it in haste and overlooked the ‘lipase’ aspect of the card.
