@AnKing-Maintainers see rationale. For sources other than UWorld, see AMBOSS and AMBOSS’s citation

do you need to know 250 mm (25 cm) specifically for UW question?

https://next.amboss.com/us/article/u30p4f#dMaonO

This article on amboss says elevated opening pressure > 20 cm H2O
I feel like what we have now is correct. Adults >20 cm H2O unless obese then it’s > 25 cm H2O (which is what extra says)

Interesting, because in your link, where AMBOSS says 20 cm H2O, the citation (citation #12) brings you to an article that states that it’s 25 cm H2O (250 mm).

No, the opening pressure threshold was not necesssary for answering that specific quesiton

Not that OME is a very reliable resource, but it also says 25 cm H2O :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Not sure where this discrepancy comes from! I figured that if UW says 25 cm, then best to have to most accurate/widely accepted number, but at the end of the day, if it doesn’t result in getting a question wrong because you memorized 20 vs 25, then I guess it doesn’t really matter. If anyone comes across a question where you had to know the exact number, feel free to come to this suggestion and ping me!
