I had this exact question and i asked chat gpt like 6 months ago. it gave a really good explanation as to why " If the right ventricle is pumping blood more efficiently due to the action of a positive inotropic agent, it’s emptying at a faster rate. This allows more blood to flow from the right atrium into the right ventricle, thus reducing the pressure in the right atrium."
