Quick look at amboss doesn’t specify T1 vs T2, it just says diabetes mellatus, @herstein.jacob can you confirm this?

This can be used for T1DM as well per UW and AMBOSS, don’t think I would add mnemonic here (just to avoid any confusion)

Think the original was just suggestion for mnemonic - if we are editing content, I would reject and re-suggest separately with more complete rationale
