I feel like the best/most appropriate answer to the cloze is just “Legionnaire’s disease” straight up. Understanding that Legionnaire’s disease is a type of pneumonia caused by Legionella. We could put legionella in parentheses in the cloze or in Extra, but that’s how I would do it
