https://www.merckmanuals.com/home/hormonal-and-metabolic-disorders/adrenal-gland-disorders/hyperaldosteronism - “The sodium level may be mildly increased.”

Hyperaldosteronism: What It Is, Causes, Symptoms & Treatment - no mention of sodium level abnormality, only hypokalemia.

Primary Aldosteronism (Hyperaldosteronism) | Cedars-Sinai - hints at sodium level abnormality but mentions hypokalemia directly.

Overall, various other sources are consistent with the idea that hypokalemia is the much more important electrolyte finding and sodium irregularities are not found or not common. I like this change because it makes it consistent with the other anking card. If this change is made, I think “normonatremia” would fit better for consistency with the other card.
