@Brian_BH Are you referring to the portion in Extra saying they’re derived from lipids or the examples? If the former, does the passage mention when it’s derived from lipids?
Also, just to clarify, the answer is that estradiol is both a steroid & tropic hormone, right?
In this case the question passage makes mention of it being lipid-based (which is mentioned in the extra portion), and the question stem itself requires knowledge that estradiol is specifically a steroid hormone (as well as being a tropic hormone).
