I also thought about the possibility of “SCORE”

  1. {{c1::Station (Fetal)::S}}
  2. {{c1::Consistency (Cervical)::C}}
  3. {{c1::Orientation (Cervical)::O}}
  4. {{c1::“Room” (Cervical Dilation)::R}}
  5. {{c1::Effacement (Cervical)::E}}

But I am just really iffy about not using “dilation” as the main word, so I thought I’d see what everyone else thought :man_shrugging:

I like these a lot but if we can use the original words then that would be perfect

I use this:

B - ishop
I - ffacement
S - tation
H - ard or Soft (Consistency)
O - pening (Dilatation)
P - resenting part (Position)

Not sure we could use this here tho
