It is tricky since none of these words are pathognomonic for angina, and I’ve definitely seen GERD and aortic dissection and a bunch of other non-angina conditions be described as crushing/squeezing/etc. Based on Amboss, it seems like the key to this card is that these three descriptors are not diagnostic, but rather, red flag signs that you cue you into ruling out STEMI asap.

Maybe the card should say: Retrosternal pressure/squeezing/crushing, red flag for {{c1::cardiac ischemia}}
Alternatively, angina seems like less of a diagnosis and more of a clinical feature. The diagnosis would be some sort of cardiac ischemia.
Angina is not the only cause for sure, but I prefer it over the suggested change. If anything, I would lean toward adding “relieved by rest” or “classically” but I don’t think it’s necessary
