Went through and most cards just say “cystic teratoma” but I under the impression that’s not entirely correct. Also struma ovarii are usually non-cystic since they are composed primarily of thyroid tissue without cysts, but they can form cysts. From my understanding mature teratoma is the correct term for benign and if they are or become malignant then it’s called immature teratoma.
