@anking-maintainers think it would be wise to make this more general since KOH is used in a variety of settings (oral, skin, vaginal discharge)
Thoughts on changing candidiasis to “superficial fungal infections”?
KOH test is best initial test for many things: mucocutaneous candidiasis, tinea versicolor, dermatophytes, plus many other fungal infections not on AMBOSS. In extra field we could list them all and have candidiasis in bold since that is what this card was originally about.

Other cards already have individual diseases being tested (nid:1499975288531 for histo/blasto/coccidio, nid:1546271297640 for onychomycosis, nid:1557752933497 for dermatophytes) so I think we should specify candida here
