WBC in leukemoid should be > 50,000, not <

I would also suggest changing “often > 100,000” to “can be > 100,000”, which goes along with the UWorld table in qid:2885, which uses the same wording (“can be”). That qid has a patient with CML and their WBC count is around 65,000
