Support this, though I haven’t officially covered transfusion reactions (though have covered via pixorize/anking) so will leave for another maintainer to approve/disagree.

nid:1489972348185 (febrile nonhemolytic transfusion reaction) is listed as Type II so this suggestion wouldn’t work.

However, nid:1489972338045 (allergic transfusion reaction) is listed as Type I so this flashcard probably needs to be changed somehow

I think nid:1489972348185 might also be incorrect. I only did a quick search by FA and AMBOSS, which specifically lists anaphylactic and acute hemolytic as transfusion, but both febrile and TRALI are not listed as such. Looking at sources on Google also agrees that febrile and TRALI are not hypersensitivity reactions.
