Two points here about the extra section

The idea of 88-92 is used in acute COPD exacerbation not in Long term oxygen therapy so i suggest changing the first note to >90% or delete it completely to remove the confusion

I’m not quite sure about this, I think we keep LTOT sat below 93 to prevent oxidative damage to lungs.
Amboss says >90 and UTD says 90-92, so I guess you are right
But my point is that 88-92 is wrong because we use LTOT when SaO2 is 88/89 so it doesn’t make sense to have 88-90 as part of the desired range
The 88-92 range is typically used when we are talking about AECOPD, not LTOT
Personally i support deleting the first bullet point
