Would wonder if antivirals is then a potential answer to cloze that could confuse some people. Not sure changes improve card all that much. Ok with removing reference to a specific patient in extra though
The card is about acute liver failure
the treatment for that is two things “liver transplantation” and NAC if indicated, giving NAC can decrease the need for liver transplantation
But you also need to treat the underlaying cause " this include antiviral if the cause is viral hepatitis, steroids if the cause is autoimmune hepatitis, delivery if AFLP, antibiotic …etc"
Having antiviral here doesn’t make any sense to me at all

As i mentioned above the reason for antiviral being in the text in the first place is because the card was made mostly from a question about Hep B patient with acute liver failure “hence in the extra it says (e.g. tenofovir for hepatitis B infection in this patient)”

Ah I see your point now, I’m on board! Think this is a good change; definitely want to avoid cards being hyper-specific to questions and the mention of “even” in non-acetaminophen causes should steer us toward NAC to be able to answer it
