yes only one is showing up 
same for me. fa 2024 says coxiella and bartonella are still culture negative. i’ve seen my hospital grow some of these on cultures though
@Ahmed7 @dollajas I see, FA24 page 318 / 732 has HACEK as gram (-) while coxiella and bartonella are the culture (-) causes. Seems at some point this may have been based on some UWorld infectious disease question(s) but no QIDs tagged. I’m finishing that set of questions today so I’ll see if anything comes up that would be informative.
Otherwise, maybe we should just change this card to:
The HACEK organisms (Haemophilus, Aggregatibacter, Cardiobacterium, Eikenella, Kingella) are associated with endocarditis with gram {{c1::negative}} blood culture
This card previously said that HACEK organisms were associated with culture negative endocarditis; due to modern culture techniques, this is no longer the case (July 2024)
