@learnankihub what do u think of converting the others that are similar to this to only 1 mathjax with the cloze inside the formula like so,
Give the equation for centripetal force:
(F_c = {{c1::\frac{mv^2}{r})}}
this would replace the need for (F_c = ?) which was needed for the image version.
I can see both ways. I’m not sure I have a super strong feeling one way or the other, but I probably lean slightly in favor of having a single cloze just for visual neatness.
In any case, the overriding concern is probably being consistent either way. I would much rather have consistency in either direction than slapdash wonkiness, if that makes sense.
i agree about the consistency, and i do like mathjax for its versatility, il try to continue to request changes as I go through the deck to make them all the same format. i got that idea of having cloze within the mathjax as i believe some questions already use that format so now the rest just have to match.
I only learned recently that some of the white-background Ankihub-LLC images were added in haste to try to get rid of earlier images and whatnot that weren’t properly cited and may have presented copyright issues.
We have the green light to Mathjax/Latex replace them (which I think is the right move, for a number of reasons).
