I like the hint. Is there ANY UW question that has this binocular? There are quite a few tagged questions. To me, I think of this as the same pathophysiology just occurring in both eyes simultaneously so it’d be bilateral amaurosis fugas rather than amaurosis fugas causing binocular vision loss. Unless UW says otherwise.
Indifferent, but I’d advocate just making a change in extra “however, can be binocular”

I don’t remember ever seeing any that were binocular just monocular.
