While in specific cases this is possible this card is way too broad to warrant a yes. Could add in the extra field the specific scenarios where this is possible.
Could for example add an exception to the rule in the Extra field such as:
Exception: Go straight to surgery when: very high clinical suspicion (surgeon referral with minimal/no testing) or unequivocally positive RLQ US (fully visualized dilated appendix)

I think this card needs to be redone. Not sure why UWorld’s algorithm is quite unequivocal for imaging. Maybe change to “Can most patients…”
