This uworld question was asking if you can give chickenpox vaccine to a HIV patient with CD4 count > 600 (so yes) because they had no prior history of chickenpox as a child or prior immunization. It was specifically asking about chickenpox vaccine and not the shingles vaccine.
varicella-zoster vaccine = chickenpox
herpes-zoster vaccine = shingles
Not sure this belongs here as the card is just about zoster; would maybe just add it as a short 3rd bullet point that you would give chickenpox vaccine to those at CD4 count > 200
