I would say low - I admit I have not even heard of this condition. High yield disorders would of course be to the effect of Down syndrome, Turner’s, Kleinfelter’s, thalassaemia. Medium yield might be things like tuberous sclerosis, neurofibromatosis, etc. I agree that the difficulty of the card would make this lower yield given realistically it’s probably not relevant to the knowledge of a final year medical student or intern, given it is so rare. A simpler card might squeeze into medium by my books. I am very happy to be wrong, however.
