I am leaning toward removing “well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma” as most resources tend to say that it “resembles SCC” or “variant of SCC” Maybe replace it with " firm, dome-shaped nodule "
Again this is the only card talking about this
I worked in dermatology for several years, and it was always classically referred to as dome-shaped. I like that change.
I remember conversations about KA vs SCC, and I think that “resembling SCC” or “variant of SCC” is probably more appropriate.

Does this need six votes? It adds new stuff but it’s just an extra section change
Fine with changes that were accepted, but for what it’s worth, 1000% opposed to removing well-differentiated SCC
