I think it’s fine as is.

However, if a change must happen
for the first cloze, instead of saying ‘RUQ pain, Murphy’s sign +, T > 104 ÂșF (40 ÂșC),’ it’s better to mention the Charcot triad ‘fever, RUQ pain, jaundice,’ that’s more ideal for me

For the second cloze, mentioning all the details isn’t effective and can be simplified to 'cholestatic pattern in LFTs

We could also keep “enzymes” in text and add a asterisk and write what the enzymes are in the extra.

Otherwise its too much to remember all at once and people will just bury (people being me)

I ended up re-suspending this card tbh.

I do agree with @mohannadkh10’s change to first cloze. Having RUQ pain and Murphy sign is mildly redundant. It should be changed to RUQ pain, fever, jaundice and extra can mention how Murphy sign may be present.

This card is already too busy and is asking for 5 things at once currently. That’s why I suspended it.
I do not support changing elevated enzymes → the specific enzymes
