I made edits to this card based on our that discussion
Having both RUQ pain and murphy sign in the cloze is slightly redundant so I moved it to extra field with ultrasound findings “sonographic Murphy sign”
support as well but don’t see anywhere that mentions a positive murphy’s sign with ascending cholangitis - might be best to remove murphys sign
It came from OME if you look at image in additional resources, but you’re right I can’t find it on AMBOSS. Based on google searches it should be negative in acute cholangitis and if positive it suggest cholecystitis
makes sense, was wondering where it came from, definitely much better this way, helps reinforce the classic triad as well
