I think card is fine as it is. I think this card covers concept well for any question on congenital syphilis. Rhinitis is more specific on what is occurring because it’s basically chronic rhinitis that causes the rhinorrhea.
rhinitis is inflammation of nasal membranes, rhinorrhea is a symptom “runny nose”
Rhinorrhea can be a symptom of rhinitis (usually is)
