@Ahmed7 There’s also 2 open suggestions asking to remove the one-by-one. Based on the rationale provided I am assuming it’s because the card has c1 and c2. Would it be appropriate to make all of them the same cloze number to keep one-by-one?
Wouldn’t be able to have them all as c1 since you need the qualities to guess it’s benign think this would be ok if it weren’t 1-by-1
We rolled out a feature that would fix this exact issue, we just need to “activate” 1by1 just for c2
Users need to enable this option in the menu after we add it in the 1by1
I’m still learning how to exactly use this tbh
@abdo.nh we want to make just c2 be 1by1, what do we have to add to the 1by1 field for this and do all users need to enable the “selective 1by1” option in the anking note types addon to make this work?
I checked recently, I’m not sure if it’s working yet
I could be wrong though
Me too. I tried getting it to work, but don’t think I was able to
^^same
Adding 2
to the field should work. Yes, the option has to be enabled too. We can make it enabled by default in the notetype if needed. @TheAnKing what do you think?
I think it would make sense to enable it for everyone otherwise there would be no use for this new feature if everyone has to manually enable it
Strongly agree, having it enabled automatically would be much easier
@abdo.nh I think it makes sense to enable by default. We should push that change via the AnKing Note Types add-on. Can we also push that change via AnkiHub to those that don’t have the addon?
Yes!
