@anking-maintainers - original suggestion was just adding cloze to inability to bear weight, I think we can improve this card by making it more concise as well
Agree the card can be condensed, but i personally liked “posterior distal 6 cm of lateral or medial malleolus”, also not sure how important it is but Amboss say “inabillity to bear weight both immediately post-injury AND for at least 4 steps in ED” - maybe add a star/asterix to bear weight and add to extra section?

@AnKing-Maintainers , on second thought, agree with @thomas.holmes
Took input from above into account and split the tenderness cloze so we don’t have to hint “2”. Somebody double check I got the weight bearing info in extra right (don’t think I did):
Using the Ottawa ankle rules, an ankle X-ray is only required if there is pain in the malleolar zone, plus one of the following:
Tenderness at the {{c1::posterior distal 6 cm}} of either the {{c1::medial}} or {{c1::lateral malleolus}}
OR
Inability to {{c1::bear weight*}}
* Inability to bear weight = cannot take 4 steps or transfer weight to each foot twice immediately post-injury AND in the ED
- Conservative management is appropriate for patients who do not meet criteria for imaging (ice, ankle brace, etc.)
Could keep medial and lateral malleolus together with 2 as a hint, but okay with either.
UW does not mention the centimeters at all and AMBOSS only has it in the article, not the related question (just says “tip”) - if others are passionate I will leave it alone, but I feel like it is super unnecessary to keep in text
@anking-maintainers lets close this out today. Thumbs up/down on this comment if you are okay with current version
