Pap smear cytopath is quite complicated when you get into the nuance - this card is based on sketchy, would just leave as is switch to “HSIL (CIN2 / CIN3)” but would not make it any more complicated

Actually @herstein.jacob , on second thought…the question is asking “which type of CIN”. What if we just changed the cloze to {{c1::CIN 3}}? This simplifies the card more. Even though CIN 3 is classified under HSIL, we don’t necessarily need to include it in the answer, and CIN 3 is more likely than CIN 2 to progress to cancer imu.
Would just leave original as is… don’t think this is super HY change to make
