There are multiple different forms of translocation in its simplest definition it is the movement of one segment of DNA from one chromosome to another chromosome. The translocation you are talking about is a subset of translocations called reciprocal translocations in which the two chromosomes exchange segments. Since this card is not talking about reciprocal translocations it is fine the way it currently is.
Speaking about insertion it is when DNA is added but nothing is removed from another chromosome.
