@anking-maintainers I agree this needs a hint and think @andrewmathias8 's proposal is fine
support, this card has been a pain without a hint. Could also adjust the cloze to “pleural {{c1::effusion}}”

Agree prefer adjusting the cloze over the hint. the card doesn’t have to be hard. but the hint seems weird and more of a giveaway than “plural ____”

to leave as is
If something is wrong with a lung and someone says pleural, I say effusion. Without meaning to, I wouldn’t even read the rest of the card. So I favor the hint approach, even if it feels a little awkward.
