@thomas.holmes Uworld QID 17640 details the three most common presenting symptoms of hemobilia being: “Right upper quadrant pain, jaundice, and upper GI bleeding.” They also specifically say it usually occurs as a complication of hepatic or pancreatic interventions. They also follow up with the normal treatment is conservative as they normally self resolve.
To follow that up: I did search for hemobilia to understand it more when I came across the Amboss blurb on it.
