This is an excellent explanation on how to cancel your subscription, but the title does not state that, it states it is to cancel your account.

There is another thread for people requesting deletion of their accounts, but the thread is now closed.

I have contacted support via email 2 times now and have received no replies.

Please rename this thread so that it states it is about canceling your subscription and not your account.

Please add an easy way to delete our accounts and all associated data.

Currently there is no user-facing method to delete your account and all associated data, we can do this on our end however.

Would you like your account deleted?

With that being said, you raise a good point, I’ll create a FAQ topic for this until we implement a feature for users to be able to delete their accounts without reaching out for support
