Anki deck not downloading

Each time I try to sync the anki deck, There’s a message that says Ankihubsync cancelled

Hello,

1. At the bottom of your Anki, go to create a deck, create one and name it anything
2. In that deck, add a card (any card, just write something and add it)
3. Sync

That should fix the issue
