For the USMLE Step exams I would recommend the AnKing Step deck.
For the language subjects I’m sorry to say that I don’t have any immediate recommendations though you might try the search feature on AnkiHub and see what’s there. Reddit may also be a useful source for language-based decks, at least for getting some recommendations.
