B&B Hematology Tags Not Updating

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the AnKing Step Deck B&B Hematology/Heme-Onc tags not updating properly.

I saw that the recent AnKing update mentioned that the Boards & Beyond Hematology tags were updated to match the current B&B website. However, on my end, my Heme/Onc/B&B Hematology tags still do not seem to be updated.

What I have already tried:

• Synced with AnkiHub

• Reset local changes

• Checked the tag browser after syncing

• Searched for the updated Hematology/B&B tags

The issue is that the expected updated Heme/B&B Hematology tags still are not showing correctly for me, or they appear to still be in the old format.

Is there another step I need to do, such as resetting the optional tag group specifically for Boards & Beyond? Also, is there a new tag path I should be looking under for the updated B&B Hematology tags?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

1. The updated tags are in a different tag group/path than you expect.
2. The B&B optional tags for Heme aren’t enabled (or were disabled) on your deck.
3. Your local deck is slightly out of sync with the latest AnkiHub model/tag configuration.

1. Confirm the optional tag group is enabled

For the AnKing Step Deck, B&B tags are controlled via Optional Tags:

1. In Anki, go to Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config.
2. Look for something like Boards & Beyond tags (or similar B&B optional tag group).
3. Make sure it is enabled (set to true / checked).
4. After changing it, sync with AnkiHub again and let it process.

If you already had it enabled, try:

• Temporarily disable the B&B option → sync with AnkiHub
• Then re‑enable it → sync again

Ofc here it is! I noticed this when i was trying to find the tag for thrombotic microangiopathy on boards and beyond but it wasnt there. I knew b&b had just updated it so i saw that the ANKING team also updated it (per the forum) on their side so im a bit confused. Any help would be appreciated

Here is what it is on my end, can you take a screenshot of the certain video on the BNB website that you are trying to find tags for? This might be something we need to notify their team on their end to update

this video. I realized their may be an issue since coagulation is now 2 videos instead of 1 and also for this video that I attached above according to their video update guide: “Thrombotic Microangiopathy (Split of Platelet Disorders)”. I noticed that there were barely any cards in the tag of platelet disorders for thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura so thats where i got confused. So it seems like the tags havent been properly updated?? Anyways, I appreciate all the help so far please keep me updated!
