I am trying to resize my images by using the image styling option in Anking Note Types add-on. However, the images are unresponsive to any change I make to their styling from the add-on. They are currently too small to read properly and the original images were not that small when I placed them into the card.

Can you show me an screencap of what you’re describing, just so I’m on the same page?
The image is larger than the screen despite the anking note types setting being set to 90 for both width and height
The shortest/quickest solution here, absent other more involved approaches, is that you can click on the image and resize it manually using your mouse.
If you go into the editor, click on the image, select one of the corners, and pull it down, it should resize the image for you:
