My core subscription was just approved (I got an email saying welcome to core and my account says I currently have the core plan) but I cannot download the Anking Step Deck. Please let me know how to proceed thanks!

It looks like you applied for a scholarship. You will receive one email welcoming you and confirming your application, though scholarships undergo a review and approval process that takes a couple to a few days.
