Before the error happened, I was…
using the anki mobile app without syncing or 3 days, then i downloaded more cards on the computer and error happened when i tried to sync

This error should go away after restarting Anki. This is an issue with Anki itself and it seems to happen when you have Anki open for a long time. See this for more information.
