Hello,

Let’s try to address the most obvious cause first: I see that your Anki version is 24.06.3 (the current verion is 25.02). You can update it by downloading the latest version and simply running the installer—this will update Anki automatically.

You can download the latest version here.

Also, make sure your add-ons are up to date: open Anki while holding Shift, then go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates. Install any available updates and restart Anki.
