Please try the following steps to resolve the issue.

First, please ensure you are on the latest version of Anki. You can download it here: https://apps.ankiweb.net/. After downloading, simply run the downloaded file to update your application.

Next, please update the AnkiHub add-on:

  1. On your Anki main screen, go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates.
  2. After the update is complete, please restart Anki.
