Hi, I am a medical student.

I have subscribed for some decks but i was not able to use them because of the registration requirements, so I am writing to asl for a financial support or a Scholarship, because of the current situation in my region, my financial circumstances are limited and I am not able to afford the subscription at this moment.

Thank you for your helping

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about your situation.

At the moment, I don’t see a public, documented scholarship or financial-aid program for AnkiHub subscriptions on the forum or in the docs. Because of that, the best way forward is:

  1. Contact AnkiHub Support directly (private):

    • Use the in-app/contact form or email support (usually linked in the AnkiHub web app footer or “Help/Support” section).
    • In your message, briefly explain:
      • That you’re a medical student
      • That you subscribed but were unable to use the decks due to registration issues
      • Your current financial circumstances and that you’re requesting either:
        • A refund, and/or
        • A temporary free or discounted subscription / scholarship
  2. Mention your account details clearly:

    • AnkiHub account email
    • Approximate date of subscription
    • Which decks you subscribed to
    • Any error/issue you faced with registration (screenshots help)
  3. Ask specifically what options are available:
Since policies can change, ask support directly whether they:

    • Offer refunds given that you couldn’t use the decks
    • Have any financial assistance, discounts, or student hardship options

Because this is a public forum and your request is personal and financial, it’s much safer and more effective to handle it via private support instead of here.

If you’d like, you can reply with screenshots or a description of the “registration requirements” problem, and I can help you troubleshoot that part so that, if you do keep or regain access, you can actually use the decks.
