Hi there! I see you’re having an issue with viewing FSRS Step Stats in Anki. This appears to be related to the FSRS Helper add-on rather than AnkiHub specifically, but I’m happy to help troubleshoot this issue.

Based on your description and screenshot, here are a few suggestions:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check Add-on Compatibility: Make sure the FSRS Helper add-on is compatible with your version of Anki (25.02). Some add-ons may not be fully updated for the newest Anki versions.

  2. Verify FSRS is Enabled: Ensure that FSRS is actually enabled in your deck options. The statistics you’re trying to view are specific to FSRS, so FSRS needs to be active for a deck.

  3. Restart Anki: After changing add-on configurations, a complete restart of Anki is sometimes necessary for changes to take effect.

  4. Clear Anki Cache: Try going to Tools → Preferences → Network and click “Clear Cache” then restart Anki.

  5. Check Other Add-ons: Sometimes other add-ons can conflict with each other. Try temporarily disabling other stats-related add-ons.

Potential Solution:

The FSRS step stats functionality is relatively new, and it might require specific steps to access. Based on standard Anki functionality, here’s what you might try:

  1. Select the specific deck you want to see FSRS stats for
  2. Make sure you have FSRS enabled in the deck options for that deck
  3. Try using the dropdown menu in the statistics window to select different time periods and see if the FSRS stats appear

If these steps don’t resolve your issue, you might want to check the Anki forums for more specific help with the FSRS Helper add-on, as this appears to be more related to general Anki functionality rather than AnkiHub specifically.

Would you like more information about any of these troubleshooting steps?

Hello,

It’s working fine on my end, I’m using Anki version 25.02.5. I know your version is already quite recent, but updating to the latest one might help. You can download it here:

Also, try updating the add-ons by going to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates.

Do you have any other add-ons that might conflict with FSRS Helper or the Stats page? That could be the cause of the issue. Try enabling only the FSRS Helper add-on and see if it works properly.

Unfortunately, since this is a third-party add-on and not maintained by the AnkiHub team, we can’t fix bugs related to it. You might want to reach out on the Anki forum to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue:

Let me know if you need help with anything else!

Thank you very much!
The “True retention by card maturity” was the culprit, disabled that add-on and it worked.
