If you encounter the error message: Syncing failed, because your email address needs to be (re)confirmed. Please visit ankiweb.net, and log in as ____ to proceed. This has to do with AnkiWEB and not AnkiHUB. They are two different services. Please visit http://ankiweb.net/ to solve the issue

I can’t create an account

If you are trying to create an AnkiHub account but an error message keeps occurring. This is most likely an issue with the username you are trying to use. Usernames must not contain the “@” symbol. Try removing it

I still can’t login
